1. Acceptance of Terms

you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
2. Services Provided
Beyond the Bedside RN LLC provides educational wellness services, post-hospital recovery education,
digital products, and coaching-style consultations. Services are informational only and do not constitute
medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you confirm that you meet
this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
4. No Medical or Nurse-Patient Relationship
Use of our services does not create a nurse-patient, provider-patient, or therapeutic relationship.
Always consult your personal healthcare provider for medical advice or treatment decisions.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, use services lawfully, and take full responsibility for
decisions made based on information provided. You agree not to misuse content or services.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, PDFs, branding, and intellectual property are owned by Beyond the Bedside RN
LLC and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.
7. Payments and Refunds
All purchases are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a
case-by-case basis for services rendered or digital products delivered.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beyond the Bedside RN LLC shall not be liable for any damages
arising from the use or inability to use services, content, or products.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beyond the Bedside RN LLC from any claims, losses, or
damages resulting from your use of services or violation of these terms.

Telehealth & Virtual Services Disclaimer

1. Educational Nature of Virtual Services
Beyond the Bedside RN LLC provides virtual consultations, coaching sessions, and educational
support through phone calls, video conferencing, messaging platforms, and other digital communication
methods. All virtual services are provided strictly for educational, informational, and general wellness
support purposes only.
These services do not constitute medical advice, medical diagnosis, medical treatment, nursing care, or
telemedicine. Participation in virtual services does not create a nurse–patient, provider–patient, or
therapeutic relationship between you and Beyond the Bedside RN LLC or its owner.
2. Not Telemedicine or Telehealth Under State Law
The virtual services offered by Beyond the Bedside RN LLC are not intended to replace care provided
by licensed physicians or other qualified healthcare providers. Services are not delivered as
telemedicine or regulated telehealth services under California or federal law and should not be
interpreted as such.
3. Limitations of Virtual Communication
You acknowledge and understand that virtual services have inherent limitations, including but not
limited to: • Lack of physical examination • Reliance on self-reported information • Potential technical
failures, interruptions, or connectivity issues • Incomplete understanding of your full medical history
As a result, virtual services may be less comprehensive than in-person medical care. You agree that
Beyond the Bedside RN LLC is not responsible for outcomes related to these limitations.
4. Client Responsibility & Medical Decision-Making
You agree that you are solely responsible for your health decisions. Any actions taken based on
information discussed during virtual sessions are done voluntarily and at your own risk. You agree to
consult your personal healthcare provider before making changes to medications, treatment plans, diet,
exercise, or health routines.
5. No Emergency or Urgent Care Services
Virtual services are not appropriate for emergencies, urgent medical conditions, or situations requiring
immediate medical attention. Beyond the Bedside RN LLC does not provide crisis intervention or
emergency services.
If you experience chest pain, shortness of breath, severe pain, neurological symptoms, suicidal
thoughts, or any medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.
6. Technology, Privacy & Security
While reasonable efforts are made to use secure communication platforms, you acknowledge that
electronic communication carries inherent privacy and security risks. Beyond the Bedside RN LLC
cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality of information transmitted electronically and is not
responsible for breaches outside its control.
